Proofara Receive turns scattered photos, notes, and decisions into one clear record. The app guides you from the first scan to documented completion—on the warehouse floor and even without a connection.

Routine deliveries stay quick: scan or photograph the delivery reference, review the details, inspect the condition, and complete the receipt. If a number cannot be recognized, enter it manually or continue without a reference.

When you find damage, a shortage, a wrong delivery, or a packaging issue, Proofara opens the steps you need. Assign the finding to the affected transport unit, add photos, and record the acceptance decision.
