It has become the most third-class app.One time I could give order. But I have been trying for two days now but I can't sign in to this app. There is no help support of this app also to get help for facing this problem.

this app need to immediately update with following important information 1- Customer Support detail with AI assistance. 2- courier shipment details on app as well as SMS and emails. 3- If Medicin and cosmetics are courier in two different parcels plz inform to customer from App and SMS also.

Good, but only Airway bill and tracking of ordered items after shipping not available with Schwabe.
