earlier I was getting the medicine promptly on 2nd or 3rd day positively but now a days there is no guarantee as to when it will be delivered, no response on repeated requests except blaming counterpart.

Horrible, useless app. Very, very slow. Getting the description of the medicine and doctor information takes more than 10 and often the after clicking, it will not open. No COD payment option. Once order placed, it cannot be located in the app, one has email to customer care. No customer care phone number is there. Not customer friendly at all. I emailed them on the pathetic condition of the app, no reply from their end. Better to order through other online app. This app is at its nascent stage.

worst app you ever come across. they don't let you cancel the order once you selected the item and if paid for any item then you cannot track it because it will not show anywhere. They provide the contact details which always goes out of reach, when you write them your complaint they won't reply. Do not make any payment on the app.
