Note -
1) RD service is not designed to work as a standalone application. It will work only with the operator's application like (Jio, Airtel, Idea, banks etc.). Please don't try to use RD service directly.
2) If the smartphone is not able to detect fingerprint device then please make sure that your phone is OTG supported. If the smartphone is OTG supported then make sure that you have enabled OTG option from setting.
3) Activation code or OTP will be provided by the party which has purchased fingerprint devices from Morpho e.g. Vodafone, Airtel etc.
4) Device purchased from retail e.g. Amazon can only be registered using activation code and process to obtain activation code will be available shortly.
5) If you are getting eKYC failed then press refresh button on RD service right top corner.
6) Android OS 4.4 KitKat and above are supported.
7) RD Service is released for Standard smartphone only Before installing the RD first check the device compatibility using the below app, if the test is OK then only the RD service will run successfully.

I've been using this service last 2 yrs. But, 20th Sep. 2021 it's not working properly. After connecting or inserting device light is not coming or "Your device is ready to use" not coming by writing after doing on OTG connection from setting. But, before, after coming light on device also showing "Your device ready to use". Even though, I've used different OTG cable then also it's not working. showing "Device not Connected". Please, solve this problem as soon as possible.

This app is getting worst 👎day by day. After newly installed it worked fine for 2-3 weeks then the problem started. After connecting morpho device when the rd service app is opened it says device is ready but at the time of authentication it says connect morpho device. every day it needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled. But the problem remains unfixed. HELL IRRITATING 😡 SERVICE.

A very bad app l have seen uptil now. I cleared my subscription for 3 yr at rs 855/-but still not registered intimation coming every time but when I checked validity it is being shown as whitelisted .I could not understand how this is possible.l have sent messages nothing happened.so many times tried to contact but not connected. For that I had to some other place to register my Jeeban Pramaan. I am highly frustrated the app and also app owners.
