Accessibility Services Disclosure: RoboForm offers the ability to use the Accessibility Service to augment AutoFill on older devices or in cases when AutoFill is not working correctly. When enabled, the Accessibility Service is used to look for login fields in apps and web sites. This establishes the appropriate field IDs and captions when a match for the app or web site is found and fills credentials. When the Accessibility Service is active RoboForm does not store information and it does not control any on-screen elements beyond filling credentials.

Stores user IDs, passwords, and the applicable URL as does the Windows app. I've been using RoboForm for many years and love it. The only downside to the phone app is that it is not very reliable or user friendly filling in login fields in browsers or apps. It works, but is a bit of a pain. The PC version is great! Oh, and the Safenotes feature is great for storing any data for reference. Everything in the app is AES 256 encrypted for safety.

I've used Roboform for many years on all of my Windows PCs, and it's been outstanding. When it was first released on Android, it was so bad that I gave it 1 star, back in 2015, and used a different app on my phone. But the devs fixed all of the problems, and have continued to improve it. For example, they built in its own two-factor authenticator. It also syncs seamlessly between all of my devices. Definitely a 5 star app now.

I have used RoboForm for I don't know how long. 20+ years? Unfortunately I installed a password on my PC based on a keyboard pattern. I always remember the pattern but forget the exact sequence of letters and numbers. This is ok for a PC but creates difficulties with smart phones. I've switched to a pin, but occasionally it's required. When a keyboard is near I can copy the pattern. When I only have my smart phone, it's trial and error which might be dangerous.
