Doesn't do anything other than ask for file permissions, then tells you to use your phone's built-in tools...

This app does nothing but tell how to manually format SD using phone options. This app does. nothing itself!! waste of time!

Does what it says it does. Invokes the internal Android formatter which seems to be too difficult to find in the menus. Probably a little hard on the eyes in the menu for some people, so still some improvements to be made, but a solid 4.5 stars, so I'm giving it 5. Not like it's competitors who don't seem to do the job.
