man I really loved this app and was ready to give it 5 stars....and the. I actually earned a decent amount of money, and of course I can't withdraw it. After playing for a week, and spending a ton of time on a specific game, I earned multiple rewards ranging from $.50 to $5. After spending hours and hours achieving the last two tasks for $52, my withdrawals "are on hold for security reasons" If you don't want to pay out rewards over a couple dollars don't offer them

The app is nice with simple goals as advertised but I am missing .20 (Wood Block Jam Reach level 10, and Farm Block Escape Complete level 15) from my reward balance (I have the app's progress tracker on.) Maybe it's a high traffic thing since so many people use it, it sometimes won't register I've done so. I can screenshot that I have to get that fixed but I don't want to miss out on high yields because it didn't register I've done the current goal then misses the rest despite reaching them.

I love this app, because payouts are quick, and I've earned some good money from it. But I have to give it only 3 stars because I have run into the issue with THREE games where I have completed milestones and they haven't been credited--even time-limited ones, which pay out much more. I created tickets for each of them, but Scrambly says that support may take up to 16 DAYS! By then, everything will be expired! That is a ridiculous response time. They need to hire more customer service people.
