This app was decent, like its sister app Scrambly, but lately, it has become a nightmare. There is no customer service support for over a month, despite games expiring within 30 days, and support is nonexistent. I understand the app becoming more popular but it sucks that it's at the expense of organization and customer support. I would recommend

I lost credit for 23,000 steps over my first 3 days. The app "randomly" reset to zero every time I hit some milestone. Support response was, "Give them a couple of weeks" , but this issue is listed In tons of OLDER app reviews. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING, and you losing points keeps them from having to pay out rewards. YOUR TIME IS MORE VALUABLE THAN THIS APP IS WORTH..

I downloaded this expecting it to be a walking rewards app. Instead, I got an app that turns off your walking rewards if you don't do one of the other offers every 2-3 days. I already have plenty of apps for games and other offers. I don't need another one. Edit: To the dev response, that doesn't fix the problem. 2x rewards doesn't fix the rewards being able to go to 0.
