App is ok but the high step goal is difficult for people who have to work and be at a desk most of the day. Daily Gift gives partial credit based on amount of steps even if goal is not met. Plus, games "pausing" is an issue. And it happens after paying for "no ads" in the games. The ads are long and intrusive.

I've been playing since March and I've cashed out once; which was simple enough didn't take that long to receive. However, I've been playing a game very consistently for the rewards and just when I get to the final one, for whatever reason not showing the milestone as completed and I have not received the reward. I have left a ticket with support but the automated email stated I wouldn't get a response for "a few weeks." but I only have 6 days left for said game..

Pengu"pace"...I thought it was a walking app. In the survey I made it clear that's why I downloaded it. Later I learned it's actually more game focused. In order to keep earning by walking, you need to keep "offers" active. Walking doesn't count. Downloading & playing new games does. I like walking, but I'm not a gamer. Also, many ads show it being focused on walking & the name too, the gaming requirement feels like false advertising. That really doesn't sit right with me. Easy to use otherwise.
