At first, we had tiny problems, just the occasional glitch that fixed itself. But we are 10 months into our annual subscription and getting help with our big problem is like pulling teeth. It's been several days of sending messages each day and having either no one answer or someone new answer 24 hours later with no help. I would definitely NOT recommend this app to anyone trying to keep their kids safe with their phones.Its like they don't care now that our subscription is up for renewal soon.

Been using this, paid subscription, for years but over time it has been become less accurate, buggy and not great. I don't know if they aren't doing updates or what, but the GPS function has really deteriorated. It worked great with our 1st child, but with our 3rd, it isn't worth the price. Will likely switch to Life360 when the subscription expires as the GPS is the main thing we use it for.

Good for controlling child devices with a lot of options for whitelisting apps, scheduling off time, keeping an eye on web use, and the ability to cut the device off whenever or give them whatever amount of bonus free time you want. Every once in a while the system will get weird and you'll have to reconnect things, but other than that I've had very few issues. Be warned, because of how youtube picture in picture works, screen time will not cut off YouTube if you've got a premium account
