This app is great for breaking those subconscious habits of checking youtube, Instagram, TikTok etc. I find myself mindlessly clicking those apps without a second thought but with this app I can break that cycle. There's not many positive feedback loops in nature but social media is one that is hard to break. I'm glad it's free but I paid to have it for life just because it's so good. Great and easy user design. The only issue is that you can't add apps/sites to groups during settings lock.

This app works just as intended, it keeps me from spending too much time on social media. Having just a five second pause before opening an app really makes me think about why I want to use the app. I didn't realize how much I would just automatically revert to opening social media when I don't know what to do. It's eye opening, best free app I've ever had. Thank you Drew Gooden for introducing me to this!

this app is a lifesaver!! im very distractable and prone to falling into odd rabbitholes + social media doomscrolling but with this you can set it to where you can only use x y z app for a certain amount of time until the app is blocked. theres many features and its very well made. ive been using this for months now and i recommend it to friends. theres also no ads!!! theres some hiccups here n there but with frequent updates its very worth it, im strongly considering paying for lifetime access
