Ratings and reviews

If anything, it's TOO good. At least at convincing me to part with my money. The convenience of ordering both Click & Collect and for Delivery with Screwfix are unparalleled. The custom lists functionality is extremely useful. The only thing I find lacking is the ability to compare products, and the app sometimes "loses its place" if I leave to check something in my browser, no matter how briefly.

App interface is OK, the worst thing by far is the speed. Have a high end phone and could be 10ft away from a fiber broadband router delivering 132mbps and still it'll take an age to get anything done. From logging in to check out is slow. God forbid you dont know EXACTLY what your looking for you could be there a while. Sometimes it's just easier to use Amazon or even just drive to a store (like the olden days).

Well, it "works" so it doesn't get 1 star but... It's slow. *Unbelievably* slow. 19 seconds to launch the app on an S26 is insane (and it's that long *every* time). Once loaded, it's then slow to use; it's even slower than using the normal website in a browser. I'll only use it when Toolststion or Wickes don't have what I need... ...and then it's only useful for when you have a lot of items in your basket and can use the QR code for quick checking out in-store, otherwise I'd uninstall it.
