Whether you’re browsing products, checking stock in your local store, or getting your receipts on the go, the app is your one stop shop, in your pocket.

Ratings and reviews

Most of the time the app is stuck on "loading content" and not opening. Also still missing functionality: usually (on the website) I search for a product, once I clicked on a product I can click on the category to look for other products in the same category. Not possible in the app as there is no category to click on, it is only possible to go back to your search results. Without this feature the app absolutely unusable for me. I will delete the app again now until it is implemented

If anything, it's TOO good. At least at convincing me to part with my money. The convenience of ordering both Click & Collect and for Delivery with Screwfix are unparalleled. The custom lists functionality is extremely useful. The only thing I find lacking is the ability to compare products, and the app sometimes "loses its place" if I leave to check something in my browser, no matter how briefly.

Generally find the app great, love the ability to check in when arriving at store to collect an order. I just wish staff in store could refund PayPal, Google Pay and Amex at the till. Returns rarely go smoothly because the revolving door of staff are unaware of the failure of screwfix to integrate online payment options to their tills. B&Q have managed, and they're the same company! 🤷
