Ratings and reviews

It's easy to misunderstand how to use this app and purchase more than one ticket because there are delays in the processing. You'll be billed twice or more. I sent 10 messages. I sent bank transactions, ticket screen shots, credit card charges, email proof. They never intend to give your money back, only wear you down. Thameslink also has a dispute process, but no one getspaid to return your money. Don't use the app. Go direct to the rail service, so you're only dealing with one company.

Pretty pointless, it doesn't offer any real savings and doesn't come close to matching the Split My Fare app. It appears the savings work kind of like an MLM whereby you receive discounts for signing others up or clicking on the in app links. I don't see any reason to use this over the other apps that I use regularly as it offers much less both in savings and functionality.

Trainpal has consistently given me the lowest or equal prices to other apps, even lacking any service fees. I've found loads of great prices on train and bus tickets, I bought a discounted digital railcard from them, and it allows you to quite easily compare prices for trains, buses, and even flights which is handy as a reference, although I've never bought any through there and I'm not sure how it stacks up price wise for planes compared to dedicated apps (It is called Trainpal after all).
