Scribe Plus is the visit-to-documentation tool for Ace Home Health clinicians.

A home health visit doesn't end when you leave the house — the note follows you
to the car, to the next patient, to the couch at 9pm. Scribe Plus closes that
gap. Record the visit, and get back a draft you review, edit, and finish.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Start from your real schedule. Search your Axxess patients and pick the
visit you're actually there for — no re-typing what the office already knows.
2. Tap record. Recording keeps going in the background, so you can lock your
screen, take a call, or pull up the care plan without cutting the visit
short. Pause and resume any time.
3. Stop when you're done. Add a spoken debrief if there's something the
conversation didn't cover, then pick the Axxess event the visit belongs to.
4. Review and edit. Nothing is final until you say it is.

WRITTEN FOR YOUR DISCIPLINE

Scribe Plus knows a PT visit from an OT visit, a speech therapy visit from a
nursing visit, and drafts the note accordingly.

SIGNING IN

No passwords to forget. Enter your work email and we'll send you a six-digit
code. Accounts are provisioned by your agency — Scribe Plus is not a consumer
app and can't be used without one.

PRIVACY

Scribe Plus handles protected health information under an agreement with your
employer. Audio is used to produce your documentation and nothing else. The
microphone is live only while a recording is in progress, and only after you
tap record.

A DRAFTING TOOL, NOT A CLINICIAN

Scribe Plus produces drafts for a licensed clinician to review. It does not
diagnose, does not make clinical decisions, and does not replace your judgment.
