Great to use for studying the spelling of words. I love how you can request to see the definition, origin, part of speech, etc, just like in a real spelling bee. There is no way to contact the developer if you see an error (I clicked on contact support but an error message popped up that said there was no app connected to email the developer) which is unfortunate but otherwise this app is very helpful and easy to use!

This app has made learning words so much easier for my spelling bee participant. The pronounce feature stops once in a while but after he closes and restarts the app, it works again. I also notice that when he spells "alma mater", its always counted wrong. Not sure of what hes doing wrong. Overall, we love the app and the extra word packs are well worth the cost.

The description says that the app is fun, but naturally they just want to advertise and I can't see how fun could be true. An engaging app for me should give a more fun experience, like sound effects or a more attractive setup. But I think the worst part about this app, other than when the word is "budgerigar", the audio says "Sangamon", and there are about a million different alternate spellings for déja vu, or dejavu, or dejavu, or dejà vu, is that they use the same boring font for EVERYTHING!
