I could not be more pleased with the result. It does exactly what it advertised, and in a very effective manner that provoked self reflection within me. Every time I open YT or Snaochat, the first 'section' open is either YT Shorts or Snapchat Spotlight, even if I dont want to watch anything, it basically forces me to. I kept saying to myself I would abandon them and blah blah blah but I find myself on them a lot. Like A LOT. This app is 10/10, while also being free. Thanks 🙏

genuinely the most helpful app I have. Every time I go to open Instagram or Snapchat (I have scrollkiller set to hard mode) the app pops up with a screen. if I choose to still use social media, I have to hold a button down for 20 seconds while scrollkiller has a message up something like "constant stimulation reduces the ability to enjoy things" and every time I find myself closing Instagram after that. I haven't been on social media all day

Amazing execution of a really simple idea. I had no problem with the app whatsoever. The only thing that I feel is missing (for me at least) would be a time based block - as I'm at work I often need to research things using YouTube/Reddit but I catch myself binge watching videos as I come home. Would be nice if we could unblock certain apps for a set amount of hours during the day (9-5 for example) while still getting the block for the rest. Other than that I can't thank enough. Cheers

Time-based block is on our to-do list and we hope to implement it soon. In the meantime, your phone should have a pre-installed digital wellbeing app that can do this. And thank you very much Sebastian for leaving a review, it helps a lot with reaching more people!
