About this app

PhotoTag is a mobile and cloud application to help you capture, organize and find photos. Designed primarily as a business application, PhotoTag uses barcodes, text tags and categories to manage photos. This version of PhotoTag supports Android phones (and iOS in the Apple Store).

Workflow examples:

Manufacturing - capture images of products or assemblies. Scan the work order barcode, take photos of the work in process.

Logistics / Shipping - proof of shipment condition. Scan the package tracking number or way bill. Take photos of products before they are shipped to record shipment condition.

Quality Assurance - capture images of damaged or defective goods. Scan the product barcode, set category to Quality. Capture pictures of damage.

Inspections - read an NFC tag or barcode on an inspection point or location. Capture pictures of the current condition of that location. Over time, view the inspection changes.

Insurance Claims - scan barcode of claim number. Take photos of damage. Records GPS location with GPS-enabled phone.

Construction - select customer, select Progress, Safety or Quality category. Take photos of construction progress, safety violation or quality problem.
