It worked..and then it didn't... I installed it, logged on and it seemed to work. Then I got an update to the app about five days ago and now all I get is a white screen. I've rebooted my phone, cleared the app cache, uninstalled/reinstalled but it's still not working.

Very time consuming looking for the right cruise. But it could be worse.

I have just finished a Mediterranean cruise on the Encore. The ship was tired. There was not enough room on the sun decks. The bar staff could be very slow The wifi was terrible Excursions were basic, and the coaches were falling apart with broken seats and handles. One of our party was injured on a tour, and the follow-up was non existent Disembarkation was a shambles. For a high-end cruise package disappointing.
