The MyULSEDV App offers each User of the Local Unit of Entre o Douro e Vouga an easy and intuitive way to manage their relationship with the institution. Using the MyULSEDV app, you can monitor your appointments and other service episodes at the institution in a simple, quick and secure way. Available at any time and anywhere, the application offers a set of features and information about your activity on ULSEDV, such as:
- General information area with various contents made available by ULSEDV to Users;
- Notification of new appointments;
- Calendar area where the User can check their future appointments;
- Access by the User to the episode history;
- Possibility for the User to be able to download a declaration of presence associated with the episode;
- Possibility for the User to obtain a password on the App and check in/admit to the appointment via the App, before arriving at the hospital.
