Temperamental app. Sometimes it works great, lots of times it just gives an error. If you click the back button it opens. Sometimes it will give you the spinning wheel and nothing happens. Only worked twice with the time clock. Sometimes it says not connected to internet even if I am and the signal is maxed. Useful but not good.

I tried picking up an extra shift for my last two days of work and it keeps saying an unexpected error occurred and to contact support. There is no support or contact information available on the app. Is this a joke? Also it used to show hours worked for the week and now its forever recalculating them.

The section that showed the total hours worked for the day that you selected and the total hours worked during the pay period have been missing for over a year. I'm no longer getting notifications for when a shift is added to my schedule. I'm unable to view the file that is download when I tap print tickets.
