I never do reviews, but after searching for a menstrual app for a while, this app deserved a rating. Not only does this app track your period but links it to christian principles. Seasons also provides meal, exercise, and spiritual plans based on what menstrual cycle you are currently in. I have never seen a better period app

If I could give it 10 stars I would. God bless whoever made the time to put this app together, I couldn't love it more! from the daily scriptures to all the info on my health and cycles it's all wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

the app is really nice. I love the fact it also provides foods that are healthy and for you to take along side the recipes. it has scriptures, literally what I need. Nothing is complicated there at all. Everything is fine. I thank God
