About this app

I'm developing this app on my own in my spare time outside of work, so that I can continue to offer it for free.

This app is free, ad-free, and without data collection. Forever.

You and you alone are responsible for your data, which is why it is not stored online.
Remember to create backup files regularly so that you don't lose them.
(Settings > Import / Export)

Life Notes is an app that allows you to record your chronic symptoms and lifestyle habits on a daily basis in order to monitor them, but also to potentially highlight some correlations.

It's possible to create your own symptom list in order to score them day after day, rating thef pain level intensity on a scale from 0 to 5.

It's also possible to record your meals, medications and add various notes, as well as your sleep schedules to highlight the causes of your symptoms. For example, it is easier to highlight the link between some of your meals and your possible stomach aches.

In addition to noting the daily evolution of the symptoms at different times of the day, it's also possible to enter an overall level of pain intensity over the course of a day in order to have a broader view of their evolution.

In short, Life-Notes offers what a simple notebook could do for you, but with a focus on tracking symptoms and providing statistics.

None of your data is sent online, 100% of your data is stored on your phone's memory.

I dont know why this isnt more widely discussed in the chronically ill community. It isnt perfect, but as the person says its just them working on it. But I have tried all the "big name suggested apps" for documenting my symptoms, and by far this has been the easiest. From set up to use. It stops me from sounding like an idiot when the doctor asks me how long something has been going on, or how many times its happened. Its all right there in a list. Best app ever!

This app lets you have a pretty detailed diary of your symptoms, medicines, and sleep hours. Could be helpful in remembering what has gone on with your overall health. You know when your doctor asks "When did this start?" and you have no idea? Now you can look it up plus notes you may have left at the time. It's a little time consuming with adding multiple symptoms and medications daily, but overall very helpful.

Quick and easy to enter data. Quick and easy to review data. No overwhelming descriptors for entries. You could track triggers, but I dont need to, and too much data gets in the way at dr appointments. I only need to show how I am doing. I can show a picture of the calendar with the days I added migraine highlighted. I can show my dr a count of how many times I took extra medication for anxiety per month, so I can demonstrate I don't abuse it, but still have sufficient need for it. Love it.
