I have enjoyed shopping with CX Group. Unfortunately, the app is pretty near unusable. Upon opening the app, there's a 50/50 chance it will just be a blank screen. When it does open, I about can't select anything. It also causes the buttons at the bottom of my screen to flicker. I haven't tried to fill out a report on the app, and I probably won't. Update 2/03/26: The app is operating far more smoothly now. For this reason, I've updated my review to five stars.

Please update to the latest version, v26.01.43, released today (1/29/2026). This new version should work better for your Samsung device. If you are still having trouble after updating, please contact us at mobileapp-feedback@second-to-none.com.

***update: I downloaded the latest version today (02/03/26), and I still hate this app. It takes about 5 minutes to upload each image, which is way too long. Then, it will only actually upload it about 50% of the time. Every other time I get a "upload error" message. This is so time consuming, that I'm considering quitting the mystery shop job. ***app keeps closing over and over. unresponsive when tapping different menus or dashboard, will freeze, then close. also, VERY slow. I HATE this app.

Don't waste your time with this app. There are very few shops. Plus, they deny shops based on technical errors within the app, so they don't have to pay you. They expect you to redo your submissions that are clearly already in the system. Then, they send you multiple automated emails demanding bogus clarifications. You won't get a real person. Not to mention, I still haven't been paid a single dime. They deactivated my account because I voiced frustration to an automated email. What a joke.
