Don't waste your time with this app. There are very few shops. Plus, they deny shops based on technical errors within the app, so they don't have to pay you. They expect you to redo your submissions that are clearly already in the system. Then, they send you multiple automated emails demanding bogus clarifications. You won't get a real person. Not to mention, I still haven't been paid a single dime. They deactivated my account because I voiced frustration to an automated email. What a joke.

app hasn't worked in a while. its just frozen. I've seen several reports of this for some time and the replies are that it's been resolved and to update to the latest version, but I keep checking for updates and there are none. I've been a shopper for probably 10 years and now I cant do anything. very disappointing.

I want to give this app a 5 star but I haven't been able to use it since the last update. I'm finally able to login but it freezes from there. I can't do anything beyond that. I have a s24 ultra so I know it's not my phone. This is really frustrating because I know what I'm doing & I've been a shopper w/this company for several years. It would really be sad if I could no longer shop for them because of this. I know I'm not the only one having this problem. I hope it's fixed soon!!!
