Ratings and reviews

I am so grateful to this app for my gratitude journaling, but what I am facing right now is that when I accidentally press back or come back, the list of gratitudes vanished and I was forced to start fresh. If this issue could be addressed by making a saved version of the recent gratitudes even after pressing back button, that would be really helpful

EDITED: * Issue was resolved in a couple of days and app is working perfectly again. I appreciate the assistance and the response from the team. * Was working perfectly until today. Went to open the app and it opened for a few seconds and then crashed. Have cleared the cache several times, put it into deep sleep, restarted my phone, nothing works. Is there an update coming? I don't want to uninstall because I'm afraid I'll lose all my Gratitude entires. Can you provide any help? Thank you.

Until recently, I'd have given 5 stars, but as I can't get the inspirations and stories, which is what I read to help me feel more positive, I can't rate it at all. Sometimes, all I had to do was uninstall and reinstall, but that isn't helping. I've sent an email but have heard nothing back as yet. Understandably, as they must get thousands. On a positive basis, the other apps and books, especially The Magic, are fantastic and a huge help. So that, I am very grateful for.
