Insider trading alerts for the stocks you follow. StonkWatcher tracks SEC Form 4 filings and tells you when company insiders buy or sell their own shares.
Directors, officers and large shareholders have to tell the SEC when they trade their own company's stock. Those filings are public — but they arrive as a firehose of paperwork, and by the time you find the one that matters, it is old news.
StonkWatcher watches them for you.
INSIDER ALERTS ON YOUR WATCHLIST
Add tickers to your watchlist and get a notification when an insider at one of those companies reports a purchase or a sale. Set a minimum value so a director's small routine sale does not wake you up, and choose whether you want buys, sells, or both.
CLUSTER BUY DETECTION
The more interesting signal is rarely one filing. It is several insiders at the same company moving the same way in the same week. That pattern is genuinely hard to spot by hand, because it only exists once you line up filings that arrive days apart.
StonkWatcher detects insider clusters for you and tells you when one forms. On Pro you choose how many insiders count as a cluster and how wide the window is.
MARKET-WIDE CLUSTER ALERTS
StonkWatcher can watch every covered company, not only your list — when insiders start buying together somewhere you have never looked, you hear about it. Around two alerts a day.
Not reserved for paying users: a free account gets market-wide buy clusters at fixed settings — four or more insiders buying the same company inside a week. Pro lowers the threshold, adds sells, and changes the window.
INSIDER TRADING STATISTICS
See what insiders are doing across the whole market, not only your watchlist. Choose a window — 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 1 year — and Statistics shows you:
• Buying versus selling, as a share of all traded value
• Total filings, distinct companies and distinct insiders
• Top companies by insider buying, and by insider selling
• The companies with the most separate insiders buying
• The single biggest insider buy and sell of the period
Aggregates recomputed daily.
ALERT HISTORY
Every alert is kept, marked clearly as a buy or a sell, so you can look back at what happened and when you were told.

NO ADS, NO TRACKING FOR SALE
There is no advertising in StonkWatcher and no advertising identifier is collected. Usage analytics are off unless you switch them on. We do not sell your data, and your watchlist is never shared with an analytics service.
ABOUT THE DATA
Filings come from public SEC Form 4 records. Insiders have up to two business days to file, and our own collection adds a little more, so data is not real-time and is not suitable for time-sensitive trading. Filings are sometimes amended or contain errors.
IMPORTANT
StonkWatcher is an information tool. It is not investment advice and does not recommend buying or selling anything. An insider buying is not a reason to buy, and insiders sell for many reasons that say nothing about the company. You can lose money trading securities. Any decision you make with your money is yours.
