Horrible!! Do not waste your time or money. Maybe 2 out of 5 visits I've had worked. I have lost track of how much money I have lost. I did call once & it seemed hopeless on me ever getting any refund or credit. I was told Securus showed that we were connected. Also my account says I owe $5 & when I called they said it was from my first video visit which they are the ones that gave us a promo code to get the first visit free & now trying to charge me for it. Every time we have had a visit I have did the test my connection thing & every time it says it's excellent. Very frustrating & a waste of money.
I've only gotten as far as putting my info in. Tried like 5 different times. I need to be able to log in or i can't schedule any visits. Wat is wrong with this crappy app?
I was so excited to be able to talk from home. It's worked decent a couple of times, but majority of the time it constantly freezes, crashes, and tells me to "reverify my login" when I've already logged in and out a million times. Usually I get to actually talk for about 10 minutes out of the scheduled 50 minutes (if at all). Whenever it does seem to work, the video is HORRIBLY laggy, words get clipped off, and sometimes the audio will just altogether stop working for no reason for a while. I'd rather go in person, especially since they refuse to refund anybody's money. Waste of time and money for sure.
I have been using this now for 11 months and have had so many visit issues and have missed several visits because of those issues. I call Securus and have to hold well over 30 minutes on average just to be told I needed to call in while the visit is in progress In order for anything to be done. Explain visit is 20 minutes and have been on hold for 30. Then told sorry call again if issue continues. Ok this is a replacement for regular Contact visits so this is not just an issue this is my time to visit you have taken away and then tell me can't reschedule lost visit to see them?! Have to schedule next dau? What? I do not like this and want contact visits back.
Completely suck they have you by the balls and they know it so you either use them or don't talk to your family or loved ones that are incarcerated so they can. Harge whatever they want and provide bad service and not worry about customer's they rip you off all the time and the text to pay never works so you have to waste 30mins just to add funds horrible horrible horrible company and service
Awful....It won't even let me create a mobil app account with my email address. I type in my email, create a password and that's as far as it will let me go. I figured this would be more convenient and faster rather than calling to add money every time...not the case since I can't even log into it.
