Ratings and reviews

This app is really hard to use as far as keeping track of important messages. Everytime I refresh it, it moves the messages out of order and its almost impossible to go back to a message already opened. Also it is constantly crashing amd giving me "We are experiencing technical difficulties..." error messages. Hopefully this update fixes it.

The text feature sucks. Most of the app functions as it always has, not the best but it's ok. However, the text feature has become a nightmare, especially for editing something I've typed. It is difficult to open the conversation I want, then editing is absolutely impossible. I can't get the cursor where I want to edit, or even copy and paste the text into a user friendly app. I've begun composing in a separate app and pasting it into securus.

It's convenient when you out and about. So you can go ahead and read messages or what not. But when you login and try to click on a icon, it will not open up. Kept clicking launch messaging. Had to exit out, and log back in for it to open. Also don't like how if you want to add a photo to a message, that's another stamp. And you can't just send the photo, has to be with a message. So I would say, make sure your message is long.
