sometimes it's good sometimes it's not. I have had trouble connecting stating there are issues with the system on the remote video calls or it hung up on us in the middle of our visit. cannot get refunded for that. he states (& per attempts it shows) he calls & it doesn't come through, yet i get calls sometimes or it too will hang up in the middle of our conversation & tell both of that the other disconnected. it's hard to hear & sometimes there's a lot of back feed sometimes it's perfect so 3!

Needs more work!! the headphones issued with the tablet break in and out constantly. I'm actually calling for some type of refund. It is very frustrating as a matter of fact. Noting: different ear phones do not work on this tablet nor others. when we receive cards attached in the email, you can't even blow them up, so you can't even read it. You have to screenshot it. notifications are push through email and not the app. this is just the beginning.

YOUR APP SUCKS AND IT'S GLITCHING, FIX IT!!!! The AdvanceConnect portion of the app is not working. It's supposed to pop up to "allow video calls". I see it try to pop up but then it goes away too quick. Then it also says technical difficulties and try again later. I've also gotten the "No time slots available" in another section of the app. I've called Securus and the jail and I'm getting the run around from both ends. This is so frustrating. Get it together Securus. Do better.
