Absolutely horrendous bugs/tech issues. I had their previous app and it was way less glitchy than this. It didn't recognize my old account so I had to create a new one. I had to use Google Translate to understand how to create an account and accept the terms and conditions since it was all in Korean!! Then, the password I created didn't work and the email they sent me for a temporary password was glitchy as well. Then once I tried to sign in, I just had a blank white screen. 0 stars, please fix!

Thank you very much for this wonderful application. I really need this practice in speaking and pronunciation, so that it is difficult for me to speak rather than write. Listening and speaking are the best tools to communicate with anyone, anywhere. I am keen to further my Korean language journey so that I can open up more opportunities. Hello, I’m having an issue logging into this app. I have tried using three different devices and three different accounts, but I still have the same issue. Most of the time, I’m unable to log in. When I do manage to log in, the app only shows a blank white screen and I cannot access anything. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.
