This is the best workout log I've ever used for any kind of strength training. Also keeps track of cardio. I've been using it for at least 5 years. As the name says, simple, easy to use, reliable. built in rest timer, easy to edit sets, plate calculator, English and metric.

Does everything's I need for logging my workouts. Easy to use user interface. I tried three other logging apps before this one. They were a lot harder to use. Lately, I've been poking at other buttons that I haven't ordinarily been using, and I've discovered many other features that I'm finding useful. The "Analyze" feature, found in "Setup", is very informative in what it shows you about your exercises and your progress. I think "Analyze" should be more accessible because of its usefulness.

same as free, but the ads are gone. They sometimes blocked visibility, so I'm glad to be rid of them, and the app is PERFECT for my needs, so I'm happy to support the developer. One feature request: ability to set units of measure per exercise. I use miles for walking/cycling, but my ski machineeadures distance in km.
