Your song, your choice - without taking your phone out of your pocket.
SkipTrack turns your volume buttons into track controls: long-press volume up to skip to the next track, long-press volume down for the previous one. A short press still adjusts the volume like it always did.
Works with the screen on and with the screen off. Phone in your pocket, on the charger, in your hand - one long-press and the track changes.
WHEN YOU'LL USE IT
• Driving - keep your eyes on the road
• Cycling, running, at the gym - phone stays put
• Cooking, cleaning, working with your hands
• In the shower, when the screen can't be touched
• Any time unlocking your phone for one "next" feels like too much
HOW IT WORKS
• Long-press VOLUME UP → next track
• Long-press VOLUME DOWN → previous track
• Short press → normal volume, nothing changes
• A small haptic tick confirms every skip
WORKS WITH YOUR MUSIC APPS
SkipTrack talks to any player with a media session - Spotify, YouTube Music, Poweramp, and everything else.

PRIVACY
SkipTrack uses Android's Accessibility API for one job only: detecting long-presses on your physical volume buttons. It intercepts key events only. It never reads your screen, your notifications, or any content from other apps. No personal data is collected, stored, or shared.
GOOD TO KNOW
• If nothing is playing, there's nothing to skip
• Some phone brands ship their own "long-press volume to skip" feature. If skips don't register, turn that built-in feature off so SkipTrack gets the buttons
SETUP
Enable the accessibility service, allow media session access, and you're done - the app walks you through every step and shows exactly what each permission is for.
Stop doing the pocket-ritual every couple of songs. Long-press and move on.
Skip music tracks by long-pressing your volume buttons. Screen on or off.
