Ratings and reviews

The booking process was fine, but I was unhappy with the policy of charging customers even though fuel was included in the booking. Moreover, the algorithm they use to determine if a customer has overused fuel during their rental is flawed, resulting in penalties for the customer. It makes no sense to include fuel in the booking only to later charge for it. I am very disappointed.

Very disappointing experience with Revv. The vehicle was delivered nearly 2 hours late and the pickup was also delayed by almost 2 hours. Even 3 days after the trip, the invoice hasn’t been generated. I was told it could take another 48 hours for the invoice and up to 7 days for the security deposit refund. Poor service and an unsatisfactory customer experience. Edit : Received security deposit, but still no compensation received for late arrival.

The overall experience is positive. Made two bookings. first was delivered 1 hour late but was compensated for delay. in second, i returned car with extra petrol so again got refunded for that. though i had to call human customer care but they were responsive. the AI customer care phone number is very bad though. it should first clarify that it's a robot. secondly there should be a way to route to human customer care from AI voice call. the AI kept on saying- no booking in this number.
