Ratings and reviews

I'd rate -5 if I could. Very Bad Service. Third class customer support. All Payment taken before they deliver my car and at the time of delivery they sent different car which was not in condition to drive and when I asked them to cancel my bookings they charged me 40% of my cancellation fees and refunded 60% after 14 days. Zoom car is best for booking self driven cars. I'd not even use Revv's platform even if they give cars for free. Very very disappointed.

Not at all reliable. Cancelling booking at the last minute and reasoning it as document error without giving any specification. Prickly and partially trained staff. Customer service is a waste of your time and energy.

We had such a good experience with Revv... We took one month subscription and process was very smooth. Revv staffs very co operative. I will recommend Revv for those who are looking for rental cars.
