This app allows you to login to your selfhypnosis.com account and download your sessions directly onto your Android device. This app also includes 'Smart Session' technology, which provides you with greater control and more choice over how you listen to our self hypnosis programs.

Love using this compare to buying CDs. I can do hypnosis anywhere i go. I do 2 a day. Great setup and user friendly. I love the fact i can change the music, inductions, and endings. Some programs dont have that feature which i hope they do get that feature soon. Listening to the same thing constantly gets old fast for me.

Genius app - when it worked. Tweak the induction method, the background sound, and the ending (wake or continue sleeping) for purchased meditations. Just ones that had been enhanced with whatever layover technology they used. But once you customize a session to sounds and induction for your own preferences (read: what you know works), it shows up as not downloaded next time. Logged out/in, any attempt to "reload" just leaves it hanging and eventually crashes. Back to old-school method for me!

Works just fine on my Samsung A53. I lot of complaints about having to re-download tracks hasn't come up. But I did notice, I need to download them for each session I use. But once downloaded, it's there for that session forever. Only some sessions allow you to customise the intro and ending and background music. Some are just a plain recording. Giving 4 stars because it would be nice if it had a session history
