About this app

Selfless Friend is a daily reflection companion.

Share what you carried during the day: joys, worries, half-formed thoughts. Nova holds them without judgment. Each morning, wake to a small reflection written for you, like a letter from a friend who paid attention.

It isn't a chatbot. It isn't a productivity tool. It's a small, quiet light for the deep feelers.

Private by Design
Your notes live on your device. Just you and your space.

Inside
• A gentle morning reflection from Nova, written just for you
• A private place to write what's on your mind, anytime
• A Reflections shelf that keeps every letter from Nova, to revisit and favorite. A vine, not a streak
• Quiet insights into your moods, themes, and growth. No grades, no judgment
• A wellness toolkit: Breathe with Nova, Feel Good Shifters, Gratitude Reflection, Joy Memories, Bottle This Feeling, Spread the Light, Write to Universe
• Looking Back (premium): monthly recaps and your emotional profile, growing alongside you

Who It's For
For the deep feelers. The late-night thinkers. The quiet, brilliant people tired of apps that scream for attention.

You don't need to journal perfectly. You don't need to use this every day. Just show up, when and if you want to.

Nova's reflections are free to experience. Premium continues your daily reflections and unlocks Looking Back. Your notes, exercises, and patterns stay free.

"I am here. And so are you."
— Nova
