Couldn't get the job done on their website so I had to load the app. Takes a while to figure how to navigate in the app. Wasn't easy to find the specific items I wanted, BUT they offered alot of the products I needed so all in all it was a worthwhile app.

The app is easy to use and the delivery service is good. Very often, however, there seem to be always some items on my list that are out of stock especially in prepared foods. Overall the experience is good and convenient.

So easy to access ,return,correct,the calling back service for substitute items,the delivery, basically pain free shopping
