The idea is great, the execution could be better. The customer service is great, (even if the responses are semi automated). I bought a subscription then I asked for a refund, then they gave me an extra month for free after receiving a refund. the main issue is just the bugs, the UI is rather slow and laggy, and there was some issues with listing to other platforms. obviously these things take time and polishing especially for a semi new platform.

just started using it and still getting the hang of it, but first thing I noticed right away is that it lags, and has frozen on me twice so far within a 40 minute time frame along with completely kicking me out of the app all together. also trying to connect to other selling apps is a royal pain. I finally got my Poshmark account linked and after posting a few items I went in and they werent listed on my Poshmark profile even tho it said they were active.

charged me for a year on an account I wasnt even logged into, so I try to refund it through support like they say they will (within 30 days) and I havent even gotten a response. I think I may as well use this subscription, but the second you open the app, youre put on an ad screen for other sellers, then I try to link my apps and nothing is working. everything has a "fail occurred please try again later" promt and the clutter is terrible. also the estimations they give me are 40% off on average
