CoCo - Your Constant Companion - by semcorèl Inc. provides peace of mind for independent seniors, enabling them to live on their own but never alone. When paired with CoCo Watch, CoCo App provides the Senior’s loved ones and Caregivers with 24 by 7 monitoring of the senior’s heart rate, blood pressure, sleep quality, location, and safety. CoCo provides health anomaly alert notifications to the Senior’s Emergency Care Team when an issue is detected or when the senior signals an SOS. The Senior chooses their first responders from their family, professional caregivers, or trusted neighbors.

To facilitate this, CoCo App Provides:

* A Secure, Private Message feed for Caregiver communications
* Remote Administration for designated members of the Care Team
* Emergency Care Console

* SOS Call Button to signal an emergency

The Emergency Care Console provides first responders with real-time vital signs, physical location, and access to medications and medical conditions which may be critically important to treatment during an emergency.

app doesn't always show my sleep data. is there going to be any updates to this app or the BT-2 watch? Suddenly today the Coco app immediately closes after tapping the icon for the Coco app. Now I continually having issues of sleep showing way too many hours of sleep in a 24 hour time frame.

It isn't user friendly. It will not let me into the app without a password that I do not know. It also won't send the code to change the password.

Almost end of February they don't have their app fixed. don't monitor correctly. I have AFIB, I need a good heart monitor. Don't recommend this app/watch at this time. I have had my COCO BT2 Fall Detect watch for about 18 months. Got it set up ok, but now the CoCo app will not open at all. What is going on? 7/19 Still having issues, it says not connected, but it is. Not recording any data I depend on. Help! 12/21/25 still having issues with this app for "Fall Detect watch"
