New E2 Helmet and SC2 Comm device. Upon receipt, I installed the unit into the helmet and updated to the latest firmware. I'm currently unable to adjust volume on FM radio at all with the remote. VOX default sensitivity is way too sensitive and keep cutting in my audio (I'll play with the setting in the app). Loved the radio reception until I turn on my bike, then I get static unless it's a really local signal. Unable to charge while in use.

So far I've not had any issues with the SC2 standard. Saw some comments about having issues to connect and at first I was having the same issues too however I figured out I was holding the button for 5 seconds which turns it off AND resets the device. If you hold it for 2 and release it'll just turn off. Upon turning back on it reconnected no problem. Haven't used it a bunch so maybe this will change and if so I'll update my review.

The software needs improvement, especially for the price tag. The app takes long to open, the equalizer is not good, the sound may be improved (that's why equalizer is important), Radio is sometimes not as stable as I wished for gets noise when it should be good. I would also like to have an option to give priority to the phone so that if the phone has sound, it would dim, our mute FM rádio while the sound is streaming from the phone.
