Have the new Sena phantom which according to the app isn't supported? Why release a new product that doesn't even work with the app it requires? App constantly buffers. It won't recognize that my helmet is connected via Bluetooth. Trash. Tried everything. Factory reset, uninstalled reinstalled. They claim to be the flagship but can't even get an app to work without serious flaws. BUY A CARDO THEIR STUFF WORKS.

app will not allow me to connect to WIFI no matter what I do. I've uninstalled, reinstalled then cleared cache then unpaired and then paired again. nothing. I've even tried another phone and still... nothing. Very frustrating that we spend hard earned money on a product that lacks any support or functionality.

I have the Bilt Techno 3.0 and ever since installing this app it no longer works. Worked fine for a month before being told about this app and installing it. Bluetooth will no longer stay connected. Just continuously disconnects and reconnects so I can't even listen to music on my rides anymore. Thanks Sena.
