Updated the firmware on the device with a PC. Paired the device with Bluetooth on my Android phone. That worked. Started this app, which did not recognize the device. Uninstalled the app. Factory reset the device. Did this a few times. Once it came up with the place to change the name of the device. I click next. And the app crashed. Uninstall. Update: wait a week or so. Reinstall the app on a whim. Then it works. We'll see how long it lasts.

I love the device.....I want to throw the little wifi updater charger thing into the fires of h*ell. No, it is not user error....it is a truly AWFUL system. I am sure they have some reason as to why their software cannot be updated like every other electronic device I have ever used, but if they need to update it the way they do, they need to figure out a better way. The app is garbage, confusing, sporadic at best, constantly connects/reconnects and disconnects the pairing to other headsets.

For audio and music ir works like a charm. It also does pretty good with intercom. But out right the directions suck!!! LIke REALLY SUCK and trying to update firware or device manager is a giant pain and rarely works. I would have better luck assembeling an IKEA product without tooIs or directions. I have the 50s and you would think it would have better plug and play then it does. 1 Star for being horrible to setup and use
