This app contains exercises adapted from Rudolf Steiner's recommendations for the practice of the so-called eightfold path, initially given by the Buddha to walk the path to enlightenment.
The exercises are practices adapted to modern times, which do not require great sacrifices in time or place, but which benefit from perseverance. That is why we developed the functionality of the app, which displays the meditations according to their affinity with each day of the week, or gives the option to select a particular meditation and practice it for a period of 7, 14, 21 or 28 days.
