SENSETAL® is an online platform to promote quality of life tailored to your company, revolutionizing one of the most traditional practices when it comes to performing physical activity in the workplace: workplace gymnastics.
Through exclusive biomarkers developed with the technology of Virtual Intelligence, with SENSETAL® it is possible to carry out the series of exercises with the same technical criteria of the face-to-face classes. The platform's biomarkers identify the human body's reference points on the joints, generating an automatic feedback in real time of the execution of the movements. All this in a simple and practical way through the cell phone camera and the user can evaluate his own performance with the application also generating an evolution report.
The SENSETAL® platform was developed with a focus on encouraging companies to invest in workers' health. With an interactive platform, the program offers daily sessions lasting 10 to 15 minutes, prescribed by physiotherapists and according to personal characteristics that are collected in a simple questionnaire in the application itself. The training programs offered do not require additional equipment and gym environments.
