WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Daily check-ins: mood, energy, stress, and clarity, with notes if you like.
• Goals: create objectives, track progress, and monitor your daily progress.
• Guided journal: reflections with prompts and, if you wish, motivation before and after.
• Exercises: explore the catalog and record guided sessions at your own pace.
• Dashboard: summary of your progress, friends, active challenges, and recommendations.
• Group challenges: create or join challenges, daily checklist, invitations, and shared progress.
• Social: connect with friends, colleagues, or accountability; invitations via link, connection details, and "pokes" for encouragement. You can block connections when needed. • Menstrual cycle (optional): If you indicate "female" in your profile as your self-identified gender, you can use the calendar, daily log, and track symptoms and energy levels. This is information you provide; it's for support, not diagnosis.
• Notifications: alerts in the app and, if enabled, push notifications with preferences by category.
• Account: profile, avatar, password recovery via email.
