very bad quality of service although of nice wording: unavailable items after deduction the total price, very late order and missed items, with complaints department helpless

in the last step of delivery slot , it doesn't accept to select one of them ( as soon as possible) or schedule how can I checkout without choose what a reason to refuse!!!

Many items not available although it shows availability while ordering, happening all the time with each order, make sure items are available in the store same as the app. refund take long time.
