UPDATE: I GOT A CALL FROM THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM AND THEY SOLVED THE ISSUE. THANK YOU FOR SUCH RESPONSIVENESS. I reinstalled it twice, and always shown "internal server error".. for over a month now, the cart hasn't been available to check the selected items and go for checkout, so I went physically to the market to shop instead. Even after reinstalling, it shows an error after entering the otp, thus, I cannot sign in again.

very bad experience with the app they are not professional at all lots of mistakes and deduct the money before picking the items I highly recommend not to use the app. I received many call from the team to fix my problem ..I will raise the rate for the team I communicated with they deserve less one star till they update there app

The new updates keeps getting weirder. Very small fonts, items displayed three in a row that are very small, images of products are very low resolution, blurry even after zooming and very hard to read specifications especially when selecting new products. Other communication stuff are OK. 14.08.2025 every above comment remains. I advice you to check how images are displayed and cleary zoomed with high resolution in "instashop" app as well as items. Still disappointed.
