Can't checkout during the biggest sale of the year so by the time it's fixed everything will most likely be gone 😭 Please fix!! Update.. days after initially speaking to online chat, speaking to multiple people over the week, still doesn’t work & most of the things I wanted for Christmas presents are now out of stock! Thanks Sephora. Your online "support" is beyond useless & Mecca will now be my go to as you couldn't care less about your customers.

Can you guys please fix your GCash deeplink? Every time I choose GCash as payment, it just sends me to the Play Store to download/open the app, then ends up on an error page instead of an actual QR or payment button. Tried four times in the app and kept getting payment failed. I only got it to work when I switched to the website. Like... what's the point of having the app if I still need the site to finish my order?

Downloaded the app for the 12% off discount promised to new app downloads/users. Unfortunately hidden in the fine print they say if you have made any kind of online purchase through the website before you can't use this code. Seems like a cop out way of boosting app downloads.
