Very inconvenient and frustrating experience. Customer Service always hangs when I try to access it. When only Click & Collect is available, checkout still forces me to add a delivery address. Even entering the mall address where the products are available for pickup shows them as unavailable for delivery. On top of that, my points were deducted for sample redemptions on unpaid orders instead of being reverted. Hope these issues can be fixed soon.

It is not optimised to fit different screens, example Samsung flip/ fold that has different screen sizes. Also, please add an indicator of how long to wait for customer support agent to connect rather than have us wait endlessly.

Buying online is somewhat dissappointing. I recently bought SKII above Rp 4 mio. I should've received 2 gift boxes. But only get 1 box instead. Emails, unboxing video, all useless. Should buy in offline stores rather than disputes for gifts.
