I have an account already. The first page I enter to see is asking me to create a new one. It takes a few seconds to get out of that page to the main page and because of how slow it is, it sometimes ends up on the searching bar. I prefered the previous setup for sephora app.

I contacted the customer care centre, and they apologized for the inconvenience. They even processed the refund, which was really quick. The app was really useful for the whole process. Thanks.
