Ratings and reviews

With each update and with the most recent update, I was hoping the issues I'm experiencing would have been resolved but they're persisting. 1. Upon opening the app I'm prompted to sign in with email box although I'm already signed in. When I click on this box, instead of the Home page coming up I get the My Account page. 2. Not all of the items I have wish listed are showing. Some of my wish list items are appearing twice. The out of stock items on my list, some are showing and some are not.

Sephora is great in person, but the app has issues that customer service will not rectify. This can be from something as minor as ordering a product that is actually out of stock (just an inconvenience), to something more substantial like how gift card information is not saved and value is lost (I lost $90 of gift voucher money) with no warning or remedy. Furthermore, don't let being a Gold member disillusion you into thinking you'll get appropriate service - I say this from experience.

Unstable App to use during the sale period (do not purchase during weekends as no live chat available to assist). Online banking payment most likely fails/ crashes due to technical issues from the app. Better to use a credit card.
