worst expreience ever had. order 1 set which contains. 4items (2items normal 2 gift) and get GWP 2items. they just sent me the 2normal and 2 GWP items. missing 2 free gifts in the set.

really slow... when I click on the app it takes about 20 odd seconds for anything to show up .. love the products tho!!

Can't checkout during the biggest sale of the year so by the time it's fixed everything will most likely be gone 😭 Please fix!! Update.. days after initially speaking to online chat, speaking to multiple people over the week, still doesn’t work & most of the things I wanted for Christmas presents are now out of stock! Thanks Sephora. Your online "support" is beyond useless & Mecca will now be my go to as you couldn't care less about your customers.
