The Sequence mobile app lets you plan your week by scheduling workouts and view your training plan on the go. You can view details and complete your workouts at the crag or the gym, entering notes and measures for the workout as needed, as well as entering your daily biometric records.
This app is currently intended to be used as a companion to the Sequence web app. Over time we will be adding more functionality to the mobile app to make it more feature rich.
