It's nice in concept but I've grown to dread having to open it. Logging in frequently fails with an unhelpful error message, which requires contacting support to resolve (support can't be accessed from the app, nor are there support links on the website - it seems you just need to know the magic email). When you finally do get into the application, screen loads are painfully slow. It does everything I want it to do, but between the auth and latency issues, it's simply a frustrating experience.

Kind of works, it is very unreliable. The benefits section works relatively well, you can easily see and share your insurance info. The office check-in is bad: defaults to the wrong location (false check-ins), it's slow, asks for dates redundantly. Outages leave you literally out in the cold. The GUI is awful, you can barely distinguish buttons from regular unactionable text and is not consistent throughout the app. For a corporate tool, it leaves a lot to be desired.

Good potential and layout, but severely lacking in the very important Find A Provider feature. Because it uses ONLY zip code for location, it will find results closest to the center of that zip code rather than where you ACTUALLY want! Why? It should allow you to use a full address for accuracy! Being able to skip the tutorial would be nice too.
