I am forced to use app by employer. I get a generic non helpful error when signing up. I contacted them through the app and haven't got a response in almost a week. update: they fixed my account manually, but every time i try to login, it seems my password never works. Resetting it gives me an error. it seems like this app can't even accomplish basic things. so now i bumped them to to 2 stars. if you are thinking about this app for your company. i would steer clear

EDIT: My prior issue with this app was being unable to sign in. Now that I can sign in, my opinion isn't much higher. This app is necessary to access insurance cards, but otherwise cannot be recommended. It is a Frankenstein's monster of stitched together web portals, each uniquely flawed in itself. It's clear that Sequoia's tech stack is poorly organized and managed. I ended up calling Sequoia directly in order to get the information I needed.

Getting errors on most the pages including the contact advocate button or anything involving contacting them. which crashes the app. Same errors on the website and no W-2 form available, instead a broken link error. I'd like to update to say this app is now 100% non functional. Just errors and pages that don't load. Makes it impossible to actually do anything you pay for. To be frank, it's amazing this app is allowed on the app store. It's completely non functional.
