Ratings and reviews

Getting errors on most the pages including the contact advocate button or anything involving contacting them. which crashes the app. Same errors on the website and no W-2 form available, instead a broken link error. I'd like to update to say this app is now 100% non functional. Just errors and pages that don't load. Makes it impossible to actually do anything you pay for. To be frank, it's amazing this app is allowed on the app store. It's completely non functional.

Painfully unreliable and broken. I can't do something as simple as check my pay stubs. Others at my work on iOS have no problems but on Android and Windows (using Google Chrome) it's not functional at all. Support is Unhelpful. Even when I'm detailed in attempts, they give me instructions that I've obviously tried then closed my case. When I open the support ticket in the app, I'm unable to back out of it without force closing the app. At least I'm still getting paid, but wow.

It's nice in concept but I've grown to dread having to open it. Logging in frequently fails with an unhelpful error message, which requires contacting support to resolve (support can't be accessed from the app, nor are there support links on the website - it seems you just need to know the magic email). When you finally do get into the application, screen loads are painfully slow. It does everything I want it to do, but between the auth and latency issues, it's simply a frustrating experience.
