ServiceM8 Lite is a simple, fast & easy-to-use Android app specifically designed for field staff, subcontractors & temporary workers who just need the basics, and don’t have a management or billing role in the business. ServiceM8 Lite for Android gives these workers the essentials to know when & where to be, view key job details, receive updates, and complete core job tasks on site.

ServiceM8 Lite is not designed for use by the business owner, or field staff with a management and/or billing role. This app does not have the same feature set or capabilities as the ServiceM8 iPhone/iPad app.

If you’re a subcontractor who subcontracts to a business using ServiceM8 — with ServiceM8 Lite, you can receive work requests, use digital job cards to get all job & client details, see your schedule in real time, complete checklists of job requirements, track time on site, review job history, and save job notes & photos.

Ratings and reviews

Vastly improved. The only annoying issue is it will sometimes not checkout out of jobs. It will appear to work and ask for job notes after, but the timer keeps running.

I have decreased the stars to 1 because of an issue I have been having trying to get the chat with us assistants to help me. They are quite rude, they end chat abruptly for no reason only to then advise they will escalate the issue and get back to you via email to never be heard of again

I would like to suggest something. I like the functionality however I do not have an iPhone and not able to test. I understand that you intentionally designed android app for workers and iPhone for managers. I do not really like iPhone and never had one, you should not make assumption who is using what device. Functionality on the app should be controlled by role, not by device type. I found system very useful however I will have to use laptop on site if i want to do any real work
