Relipay/RNFI activated a VIP plan on my account without clear consent. When I asked for a refund, they said the plan would be cancelled but no refund would be given. Customer support is very poor and unhelpful. The system is unreliable and risky for retailers. I strongly advise others to avoid this app. Not trustworthy at all.

Nothing is working. AEPS, MATM are not working, and I'm getting very angry. The customer service is also not good. I received the MATM machine 5 days ago, but I'm getting an error message: "User does not exist." The services are not good.

Fraud company. They even took money from me to open the ID. The ID didn't even work.
