It worked well on my Google Pixel 8 for four months. Then it suddenly stopped working. And after reinstalling the app and other troubleshooting steps, I had to abandon the default login method and use the legacy login, which doesn't pre-populate the username and password. When you have to type that in a dozen times a day, that gets old. Also, it should be easier to do basic things like create/email an estimate to a past customer without having to filter, search, navigate---42 taps. Exhausting!

(10/5/22) service Titan for mobile is getting to the point where it is almost non-usable. I've uninstalled it cleared the catch reinstalled it I even deleted it completely out of the Play store history and reinstalled it. still having the app close out on me over and over again. it is completely unprofessional especially when you're trying to just take a payment and you can't even do that. (8/1/24) now I can't call my customer when I'm in route. kind of a problem when you're on call

Not sure who to blame. We used to be able to view old proposals but now when a proposal is sold, it pulls up blank. Very inconvenient. When trying to copy and paste items from the jobs, it doesn't work all the time and takes up time. When the price book is updated, it would be nice to show what was changed versus going back to the dashboard and you just have to figure out what went up if you come across it.
