Slow, crashes, and glitchy. Company switched over to this, nothing but trouble since then. The old ST app didn't have as many issues. This app looks better but constantly freezes up or crashes, at times it will also struggle to load jobs, and no my service is not bad or spotty. The most annoying part is that it will stop refreshing "last refresh 15 hours ago"

I have no idea why this app exists. The old app wasn't very intuitive and the buttons were too close and often lead to a ton of misclicks, but at least it worked when you did eventually click the button you were aiming at. This new app is a little better in that regard but I couldn't use it long enough to find out. Buttons don't work, fields can't be edited properly, pictures don't load in proposal templates and that all happened on the first job we ran with it. They almost forced this on us..

Just bad. Switched to this almost a year ago. I used this for field work and also use their accounting software. The ap only works when you have great cell service unlike what they say. Can't get half your work done while on site The whole of Service Titan is bad. All you do is follow link after link in your web browser and hope it loads. Don't forget to save every step. Lacks basic functions like writing an invoice from a walk-in sale and envelope printing for sending your invoices. 0/10
