Sorry guys, this app is not good in it's current form. Just tried it out today and already have a list of problems. It is was slower. Refreshing takes forever and I am having to restart the app every time. As a technician I rely on that timer tool the old app had and would like to see that back because we bill by 15 minute increments. Searching through the material list is much more time consuming as keywords can no longer be used. Exact names must be types to find products.

Complete fail. This app makes it impossible to do my job because it crashes every 30 seconds on Android. Running a Samsung Galaxy S25+. This will likely be the last season we use Service Titan. Android idenfities it as a "bug" and automatically clears the app cache when it crashes, which doesn't fix anything.

They can't get it to work for anyone at the shop with an android phone. Really not great considering alot of people use android. Won't let me clock out or won't let you say you're driving back from job. Just has stupid glitches. Just makes your day harder when I should be focusing on my work. Not a great look and they can't seem to figure it out. would not recommend.
