I had availed carpenter service for table drawer channel repair. The service person was not very professional and poor quality of service was provided. He just inserted a thick paper between the channel and table (10 mins work) and charged Rs 500 and left. As the drawer was still tight, I called him back, he got the drawer lock struck and damaged the lock and finally had to remove the entire locking mechanism. Not recommended.

Used to be a great service and I used to recommend to many. The technicians who come these days are very inexperienced. This may not be an issue for minor work but if the major work, they make mess of things and you end up paying more than necessary for materials. There is no proper option to raise a complaint, their support is number is always busy or is never answered. They do not call back when a bad feedback on service is provided in their app.

Used to be a great service. Not anymore. Don't make any payment unfront. Only minimum amount should be made as advance. Only after full completion of the work, rest of the payment should be done.
