Ratings and reviews

No transparency in the service being offered. I booked an electrician through this app. Not only did I have to do part of the work for him, in the end he overcharged me for the very little work he had to do. The app also doesn't provide the details of the work or the invoice for the work. Better go for a local technicians instead of such apps.

Booked carpenter twice.. Both times they didn't turn up. And received call from another one who visited the site and promised to get it done soon, and then didn't turn up and now not picking the call too! If your technicians can't take up the work, it's fine, but they should communicate and inform the same I believe.. Instead of wasting the customer's time who believed in your app. Kindly look into the matter, or may loose many more customers.

Used to be a great service and I used to recommend to many. The technicians who come these days are very inexperienced. This may not be an issue for minor work but if the major work, they make mess of things and you end up paying more than necessary for materials. There is no proper option to raise a complaint, their support is number is always busy or is never answered. They do not call back when a bad feedback on service is provided in their app.
