Access and view scheduled trips
Prepare for upcoming trips

Link to transportation documents

How it Works:
Sign up in the app, on our website or with assistance from our customer service team and schedule benefit plan approved rides 24/7.

Ratings and reviews

This app hasn't been updated since July 11, 2023 so it is not capable of working on newer devices with the latest OS. It won't even open on my Pixel 8 Pro or Pixel tablet. They can't be bothered to get addresses right, so why would they keep their app updated? Do better, please.

based on what I can see just from attempting to sign up this app is severely lacking not to mention the company has been operating in Arkansas since 2018 and they are still not listed as a state to choose from so none of the members can even use this app even if it did run smooth

Smooth navigation and updates almost automatically after speaking with an agent. The convenience is incredibly helpful when booking rides. My only criticism is that you can't add new Dr office addresses without speaking to an agent 1st.
