SetRack is a simple gym log. I made it to keep track of my own sets and I’m sharing it.
What it does:
· Routines by muscle, or a free session. It shows which routine is next.
· When you log a set, last time’s weight and reps are already filled in.
· It shows what you did last time on that exercise and the rest since your previous set.
· It suggests exercises based on the sets each muscle still needs this week.
· Suggested warm-up on your main lifts.
· Estimated 1RM (Brzycki formula), best set and records for each exercise.
· Progress by week, month, three months or year, and your history week by week.
· 99 built-in exercises, plus your own with their muscle and equipment.
· Three starter programs (Upper/Lower, Push/Pull/Legs and Full body), with the sets of each exercise already worked out.
· Starting out, it guides your first session; already training, no tips, straight in.
· In kilos or pounds, and in eleven languages.
Your data is stored on your phone. The app has no internet permission and needs no account. You can save a backup to Downloads, restore it and export your sets to CSV. The only permission it uses is vibration, for the tick when you log a set.
It’s free and has no ads.
SetRack is a logging tool, not a personal trainer. Train at your own risk and consult a health professional before starting or changing your program.
Offline gym log for your sets, routines and progressive overload.
